We have tried to include as much information as possible on this site. Before you contact us to ask a question, have a look in our "Frequently Asked Questions" below which may give you the answer immediately.

We do our best to answer emails quickly, but X-Eng is a very small company and there are only so many hands to answer the phone, respond to email and most importantly pack your orders and get them sent out!

If you want to know when we are going to have more stock of something, if we know, it will be on the web site. If not, it won't. If you contact us to ask - we still won't know! Instead, we have built a notification system which will email you automatically as soon as we have information. Try adding the out of stock item to the cart and it will redirect to the notification page.

At certain times, including Friday Afternoons, we are open for Technical Support, but cannot take orders by phone.

We do not have a 'Shop' or a 'Showroom' at these premesis. If you would like to collect an item, please contact us first.
We will pre-package it ready for collection / payment from our Office at the delivery address above.
