If you are about to email to ask for a shipping quote or for the availability of an item, this web site shows our actual stock of every item (go to the bottom of the page where you add an item to your shopping cart). If you click the [Add] button, then click the picture of a shopping cart, it will take you to the 'View Cart' page. Select your shipping destination from the list, click [Proceed >>] and a shipping quote will be displayed.

If you have a VAT Registration ID and are ordering within the EU, enter this in the box shown (for appropriate shipping destinations only) and VAT will be removed from your order. If you select a non EU destination, VAT will also be removed.

If you are emailing to ask when an item that is out of stock will come in, if the web site does not show a date, instead saying 'very soon' it means that the order has been placed and we do not know when they will be delivered. We will not be able to give you any further information by email no matter how many times you ask. When we get a delivery date, the web site will show 'Delivery expected on'.
