Cookies
This site uses what are known as 'Session Cookies' to track your shopping cart. They do not store any information about you other than that which your browser reveals automatically about your connection. They cannot be used to identify you personally.

Why do we use cookies at all?
Many people can be using the web site at the same time. The server needs to keep track of which shopping basket belongs to who - it would get very confusing if the shopping baskets were to get muddled up!

How long do the cookies stay on my machine?
They are automatically deleted after your 'session' ends - typically thats about 20 minutes after the last activity on the site. They cannot be used to track you nor even to see if you have ever visited the site before.

Is there an alternative - why don't you use it?
There are a couple of alternative ways of tracking your shopping cart - but none offers as good security.

What happens if I disable cookies in my browser?
You will be able to look at the site, but you will not be able to add anything to your shopping cart! Not too handy if you want to purchase something off our site!

Privacy Policy

For training purposes and your own security, your call may be recorded. Recordings are mostly discarded after 30 days.

Under no circumstances do we share information entered by customers with anybody! We will not use your contact details for any kind of unsolicited communications.

All information captured is held in a secure environment.

If you find that we have stored any of your details incorrectly, please email or write to the above address and it will be amended immediatly.

Price

All prices are displayed in UK Pounds sterling and are shown inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). Delivery prices are quoted for delivery to mainland UK. Shipping outside the UK can be arranged - please contact us for prices.

We reserve the right to vary prices as the market and supplier costs demand. We will however honor any quotations given for a period of 30 days. Any price quoted on the this web site will be considered correct at the time of order placement.

Payment

X-Eng currently accept payment through PayPal(tm). PayPal accept all major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo or Delta.

X-Eng will accept cheques made payable to PSI Design Ltd. Orders will only be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds in the event of payment by cheque or authorisation by your credit card provider.

X-Eng shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order submitted whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund for the full value of the amount processed.

Delivery

All orders are dispatched via a range of carriers to ensure you pay the minimum costs. Please note that some delivery items will require a signature on arrival.

We will endeavor to dispatch all orders promptly within 2 days , but occasionally, due to manufacturing delays, orders may take up to 28 days for delivery. If your order is urgent please tell us and we will do our best to dispatch it quickly. On rare occasion some items may be out of stock at the manufacturer, but we will notify you of the estimated arrival date so you can decide whether or not to proceed with the order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 7 working days of an order being placed so long as the goods have not been dispatched. Under exceptional circumstances this limit may be extended or waived. Please contact us for further information.

Returns Policy

Orders may be returned within 15 working days after the goods were received for a full credit or refund in the following circumstances:

• Item is in new condition with original packaging
• Item was received damaged or defective
• Incorrect item was shipped
• Goods must be returned within 15 working days of delivery.
• Goods returned must be received in as new condition with original packaging.
• Carriage costs for returning the goods will be your responsibility other than in exceptional circumstances E.g. a bereavement.
• Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.

Faulty Goods

If it is agreed that the goods have been delivered faulty or damaged we will offer you a refund OR a replacement.

Specifications

Specifications and technical details may vary. We will always try to supply the latest and best specification we can.

Warranty

Products are guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship or materials in normal use. (Off road users are usually covered, but at our discretion).
Any guarantee offered covers the original goods supplied only. No consequential loss is covered. Any goods believed faulty must be returned to X-Eng for assessment. Repair or replacement will be at the discretion of X-Eng.

Product Liability

All our products are considered non standard fitments and are therefore supplied, fitted and used entirely at the vehicle owner/driver's responsibility.

Legal

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with UK law. If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. In respect of consumer sales only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
