since the waffle!

It
will protect your synthetic rope if you need to winch over a bank.
Made from corrosion resistant Stainless Steel tube, it is light
weight, but very strong |
|
|
| The
unique shape allows it to slide sideways, but also allows it to
be wedged in a hollow to keep the cable on a particular line. |
|
|
Unlike
any other device, it will hug a tree allowing you to divert the
cable round a tree without having to rig a snatch block & tree
strop.
You can rig the X-Zag without detaching the cable - just a bit of
slack. |

You can see where other winch cables have cut a 'V' in the bank.
The X-Zag spans the gap. The smooth stainless tube protects the
cable, reduces friction and increases safety. |
 |
|
| X-Zag
Doubles as a wheel-chock and it helps you change heavy wheels by
lifting the wheel such that the studs line up with the holes in
the wheel. |
 |
 |
| X-Zag
makes a useful and safe saw-bench if you need to cut up logs. You
can then use it to stop them rolling if you carry the logs on a
trailer or your roof. |
 |
| Once
you've cut and carried the logs, combined with a waffle, it makes
a decent fire-side bench seat. Ok, we admit - this is stretching
it a bit! You have to admit though, there are few single bits of
kit with so many potential uses besides what it was designed for! |
Even
if you only ever use it to protect your winch cable - it will pay
for itself time and time again prolonging the life and increasing
the safety of your synthetic winch cable. |

marvelous - one of the best bits of off-road kit ever!" - J.Y.Kelly |
